International Coalition Against Restraint & Seclusion (ICARS)


The International Coalition Against Restraint and Seclusion seeks to connect efforts and organizations working to stop death, physical abuse, psychological abuse, and PTSD caused by restraint and seclusion practices. 

Parent lead campaigning group, ICARS works with parents, lawmakers & humans rights organizations to promote the development of international legislation based on human rights frameworks. #AgainstRestraint
