How to deradicalise an anti-vaxxer: The movement explained, and how best to tackle their false beliefs that vaccines don’t work

The collective grief for the loss of our pre-Covid lives is one of the few mass experiences any of us have experienced at a truly global level during our lifetime, though it it doesn’t even touch on the impact the illness has had on the lives of those who have lost someone to it.

But one positive uniting experience in the pandemic has been the collective and accelerated work towards trying to find a vaccine for Covid-19. The progress around this, which is one of the few hopeful updates at present, has optimistically been dubbed a silver bullet by some, but for a small minority of people the future treatment represents quite the opposite.
