Time change can be especially hard on those with autism | WSBT

One hour back, one hour forward. We all live through it twice a year. The time change that comes with Daylight Saving Time may leave you with a headache, but those changes are harder on some of us than others. It’s especially hard for people with autism. People like Grant — who will meet in our report in the video above — really depend on a regular schedule. When that schedule gets messed up, it can have serious effects for the whole family.
