(AP) – A man has been found guilty of drowning his autistic 10-year-old adopted son.The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports 44-year-old Leon Williams was convicted Friday by a jury in DeKalb County. The former Georgia Department of Administrative Services worker admitted to holding Kentae Williams under water in a bathtub in April 2017. Kentae had autism and communication issues and had been adopted only months before his death.Williams initially blamed Kentae for the death, citing “self-harming” behavior. Williams’ defense attorney, Daryl Queen, argued the death was accidental. He said Williams was punishing Kentae for cursing and refusing to bathe.
