It is always important to seek help in a crisis situation. If you are feeling suicidal or having suicidal ideations, then it is imperative to seek help. That means going to the emergency room and talking to your psychiatrist or therapist. Suicide is a serious thing, and if you have followed The Bipolar Writer you know I am against suicide.
