Operation Hail Storm (Hail, #1)I’m not usually a spy novel reader, but when Brett Arquette reached out to me about his novel, Operation Hail Storm, I was instantly intrigued when I read the synopsis of the novel. An arsenal of attack drones in different sizes, powered by gamers. Yes please!

Once I started reading the novel I was hooked. Arquette takes the “What If” of dealing with grief after a terrorist attack and builds up a billionaires revenge plot in stunning detail. He keeps little details from the reading until the last possible moment building the suspense, I sometimes had a hard time not skipping ahead, to see if certain characters got caught, or if certain plans worked.
